Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Our online shipping configuration is set up to ship to the continental US only. For orders outside the continental U.S. (lower 48 states), please contact us for a shipping quote. We offer FREE SHIPPING to the lower 48 states (except Hawaii and Alaska) for all orders (excluding any sales tax charges that may apply). We ship FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail for free shipping. Free shipping does not extend to expedited shipping, express shipping, international shipping or U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO). If the website does not charge the correct shipping rates for the excluded areas, an email will be sent requesting payment before the item is shipped. Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal.

In-stock orders received before 12 p. Orders for in-stock items received on weekends or holidays are normally shipped the next normal business day. We are not responsible for shipments delayed by carriers.

Small item orders can be shipped by 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail to save you time and cost; FedEx picks up once a day, but we can make multiple USPS deliveries in one day. If you are ordering a small item (such as a fuel pump or shipping unit) and would like your item shipped by FedEx instead of USPS priority, please email us at info@revtecautoparts.com when you place your order.

Parts orders generally take 1-7 business days to arrive. When your order ships, we will notify you by email and provide you with a tracking number. Please allow one business day for the shipping email. If you do not receive a tracking number after that time, email us and we will provide you with the status of your order.

 

AAES makes every effort to ship all products in a single shipment. However, not every part is available at the same warehouse and we may ship multiple packages. This will not affect the shipping cost you pay.

 

RETURNS

Items shipped from AAES can be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt of shipment in most cases. As long as you return the product within this time period, and without any damage or missing components, you will be eligible for a refund on your return.

If you have purchased an automotive item shipped from and sold by AAES that is defective and is covered by a manufacturer’s published warranty, We will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Repair manuals, CD-ROMS, or any product that allows you to download a program to the vehicle, as long as it has been opened. If the item is still unopened (sealed), it may still be eligible for return.

Electrical parts that have been unsealed or plugged in.

Custom-made and special order products.

Batteries where acid has been added.

Parts that have been installed, welded, modified, cut, moulded, mounted, etc.

Engines and transmissions that have been installed.

Conditions Accepted:

Engine and transmissions: Returns of new or remanufactured engines and transmissions will only be accepted if they have not been installed and returned within 90 days of purchase. They must also be returned in their original packaging, subject to inspection.

Custom-made and special orders: Custom-made and special order items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product. In case you have any problems with such items, please call us so we can provide assistance.

Electronics: Please call us before returning any electronic item for verification. Once opened, electronics are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have lost the warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for a copy.

Some products have different return policies or requirements associated with them. If you need to verify whether or not your item can be returned, please email us at info@revtecautoparts.com and we'll be happy to assist you. If we receive an item that is not eligible for refund, we will contact you to discuss the disposition of your return. Ineligible items will only be held for a limited time after our initial contact attempt. Please note that RevtecAutoParts.com may dispose of the ineligible items after this time unless arrangements have been made to have the item returned to you.

AAES does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labour costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. AAES shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.

Core Returns

Some of the items we carry have a Core Charge. A core is some portion of a part that can be recycled by its manufacturer. Doing this saves the manufacturer money and helps our environment. If the old part is returned in reusable condition back to theautopartsshop.com along with your original receipt within sixty (60) days of the delivery date and your core refund will be issued!. All core returns must follow a specific set of guidelines in order to be eligible for credit. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the core back to RevtecAutoParts.com, Please email us at info@revtecautoparts.com for instructions on returning your core.

Freight Charge

Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are processed electronically and shipped to the warehouse immediately after the order is confirmed, therefore, the window of opportunity to cancel an order is limited. All orders must be cancelled PRIOR to receiving the order confirmation email. Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been confirmed, as the order will be processed immediately for shipment.
